My Experience
I spent 25 years with the City of Sacramento, largely in the role of Organizational Development Specialist. I often describe the City as multiple companies under one roof — spanning departments with vastly different purposes, cultures, leadership demands, workforces, and systems. This breadth of experience required adapting approaches to fit varied teams and challenges. My extensive and varied experience includes the following:
